So, today, we will be looking at an intresting topic. Let me know your thoughts and questions at the end.😁

I’ll start by explaining the basics of how food affects mental processes…..
Food contains nutrients like protein, fat, and carbohydrates, which are broken down into smaller molecules and used by the body to produce energy and support brain function.
Protein is particularly important for mental processes because it contains amino acids, which are used to make neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine. These neurotransmitters are responsible for regulating mood, focus, and sleep.
Protein also helps to regulate blood sugar levels, which can affect energy levels and mood. So by eating enough protein, you can help to keep your mood, focus, and sleep on track.
In case you don’t know the sources of protein…..
There are several sources of protein, including both animal- and plant-based options.
Animal-based sources of protein include meat, poultry, fish, eggs, and dairy.

Plant-based sources of protein include beans, legumes, nuts, seeds, and whole grains.

There are also many protein-rich foods that are neither animal- nor plant-based, such as quinoa, and spirulina.

You can get them from any supermarket around you.
In conclusion, your lack of prioritizing protein in your meals could be one of the reasons why you always feel low spirited, tired or dizzy.

Make a resolve to start eating proteins regularly today.

Let’s know what you think
