Continuing from yesterday on specific food and how it affects our mental health, we will be discussing yoghurt today😊.

There is some evidence that yoghurt may have a positive effect on mental health. Yoghurt is a good source of probiotics, which are live bacteria that are thought to improve gut health and reduce inflammation. In turn, this may have a positive impact on mental health. Some studies have found that people who eat yoghurt regularly have lower levels of depression and anxiety.
